What happens if you enrol after the first Direct Debit date?

Regardless of being a new, returning or existing customer, if we process your enrolment after the first Direct Debit payment date, your instalment (quarterly) will be deducted on the day of the enrolment.

Have more questions about our direct debit? Please speak with one of our friendly Student Experience team members.

What if I want to disenroll and cancel my Direct Debit?

Please be aware that if you decide to terminate your enrolment before the designated completion date, which coincides with the term's end, it is imperative that you notify us in writing no less than 14 days before the commencement of the next term.

It is necessary for parents to provide a minimum of two weeks' clear notice if the student intends to discontinue their tuition. In the absence of a formal notification to terminate a termly enrolment, the student will be automatically registered for the subsequent term's course. Consequently, the student's parent will incur the full fee, as we allocate and reserve a seat for the student well in advance, making it challenging to fill the seat without sufficient notice.

Additionally, should there be a change of mind after the direct debit payment has been processed, Marquis Education reserves the right to not issue a refund.
